Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders returned due to incorrect addresses may be subject to additional shipping charges.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photographs of the damaged package and products.

If a product becomes unavailable after an order is placed, we reserve the right to cancel the affected item and issue a refund.
